In this vital role, you\'ll be at the heart of our operations, programming, setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC routers and laser systems that drive our production forward. Your expertise ensures smooth workflows, precision, and efficiency - qualities that make you a cornerstone of our success. What You\'ll Do ? Set up, program, and operate CNC routers and laser machines following detailed job instructions, procedures, and guidelines. ? Monitor and adjust machine operations in real-time to maintain consistent quality and throughput. ? Inspect and measure parts during production using calipers, micrometers, and other digital measuring tools to meet tight tolerances. ? Troubleshoot machining issues such as tool wear, offsets, and parameter adjustments to keep operations on track. ? Ensure efficiency by optimizing toolpaths, material usage, and cycle times. ? Maintain standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness (5S) at all times. What You Bring ? High school diploma or equivalent. ? Previous experience as a CNC operator (routers and/or laser cutting systems). ? Ability to use calculators, tape measures, and digital calipers accurately. ? Reliable and committed to working 40+ hours per week. ? Physical ability to stand for 6-8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs independently. ? Strong focus on timeliness, efficiency, and quality control.
