Job Description

Night Shift Precision:
Build Your Future as a CNC Set-Up/Operator Machinist If you have hands-on experience with CNC vertical milling machines and a drive to grow your machining skills, this opportunity offers the perfect blend of stability, independence, and career progression. Hours and Pay Starting Pay:
$25.00 per hour
Shift Differential:
12% added when moved to 3rd shift
Schedule:
Training:
1st Shift (1-2 months)
Permanent Shift:
3rd Shift, 11:00 PM - 6:30
AM Overtime:

Daily Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC vertical milling machines to produce precision components Interpret blueprints, specifications, and machining instructions to determine setup a nd operation requirements Perform basic CNC program edits as needed to maintain quality and efficiency Monitor machining processes and adjust machine controls to ensure tight tolerances and product accuracy Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and indicators to verify part quality Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or machining variances Perform basic preventative maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area Work independently while meeting production deadlines and quality standards Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience operating CNC vertical milling machines Strong understanding of blueprint reading and geometric tolerancing Experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.) Working knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, fixtures, and machining accessories Ability to read, follow, and execute written and verbal instructions in English Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Ability to adapt to changing production demands and work flexible hours when needed Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and maintain strong attendance What Sets You Up for Success Experience with graphite mold material machining is a plus Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges Strong work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship Apply Today This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist who wants to join a growing company , expand their capabilities, and build a long-term career in precision manufacturing.
