CNC Operator Iron City Architectural Millwork Worcester, MA Job Details Full-time $23.00 - $31.40 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Inspection tools Tooling Monitoring dimensions Dimensional measurements Attention to detail Precision measurement in machining Quality control Millwork Materials handling Full Job Description We're looking for a reliable CNC Operator to join our shop team. Candidate should have previous experience operating CNC machines or at least a solid understanding of CNC machining, setup, measuring, and basic shop safety.
Responsibilities include:
Operating and monitoring CNC machines Reading basic shop drawings and measurements Loading/unloading materials Ensuring quality and accuracy of parts Keeping work area clean and organized Working with the team to keep production moving efficiently
Requirements:
Experience with CNC machines preferred Basic understanding of machining and tooling Ability to read measurements and use measuring tools Good attention to detail and work ethic Reliable transportation and punctuality Millwork/cabinet shop experience is a plus. Looking for someone motivated, willing to learn, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$23.00 - $31.40 per hour
