Full Job Description Now Hiring:
CNC Setup Operator (1st Shift)
Location:
Worcester, MA Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 6:00 AM•2:00 PM (overtime as needed)
Pay Range:
$22.00•$24.00/hour (based on experience)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Setup Operator to join a growing metal manufacturing team. This role is responsible for setting up CNC machines, loading and adjusting programs, and ensuring quality through first-piece inspection.
CNC Set Up Operator Key Responsibilities:
Set up CNC machines for production runs (tooling, offsets, program adjustments) Load, edit, and verify CNC programs Perform and document first-piece inspections to ensure specifications are met Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Maintain a clean and safe work environment
CNC Set Up Operator Qualifications:
Prior experience as a CNC Setup Operator (not just operator-level) Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Experience in metal manufacturing required Ability to work independently (self-starter) Familiarity with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Revere Staffing Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) and values diversity in the workplace. #
