Job Description
CNC Operator Trainee Location:
365 Haacke Dr, Chestertown, MD 21620Pay Range:
$18- $20 per hour
Work Hours:
1st Shift- 6:00 AM
- 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday 2nd Shift
- 2:30 PM

Participate in hands-on training to learn CNC machine setup and operation. Produce metal components according to engineering specifications. Learn to identify and correct basic machining issues. Gain familiarity with Dixon's product lines and quality standards. Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth and safe production processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area.What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or related coursework preferred. Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Mechanical aptitude and an eagerness to learn. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (training provided if needed). Comfort using hand tools and applying basic shop math. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of your shift A positive attitude and commitment to working safelyWhat We Offer:
