What this work looks like:

Read process sheets, blueprints, and sketches Set-up and operate machines Monitor the production process Perform and document specified inspection criteria Move parts and paperwork to the next stage of production Maintain work areas and equipment What you need to win: Mechanical aptitude with a strong desire to learn and grow Critical thinking and a drive for problem-solving A positive and a proactive mindset Ability to read and interpret documents including blueprints and sketches A strong work ethic with availability to work weekends and overtime as needed The good stuff (Benefits): Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays 401(k) and Employer Match When you join our team, you join our family.
