We are seeking a dependable CNC Router Operator to join our wood manufacturing team. This role is responsible for operating CNC equipment to produce high-quality wood components for custom furniture production. If you enjoy hands-on manufacturing work, take pride in quality, and have CNC experience, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Operate CNC router machines to produce parts to specification Perform machine setups, tool changes, and adjustments Read blueprints and production drawings Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met Troubleshoot basic machine or production issues Maintain steady production and minimize downtime Support safe and organized work areas May be cross-trained on panel saw equipment and additional production machinery What We're Looking For CNC operating experience in a manufacturing environment Experience working with wood products or cabinetry preferred Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Strong attention to detail and quality Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability Dependable and team-oriented Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience CNC router setup experience Experience with multiple CNC machines 3-axis or 4-axis CNC experience Experience supporting or training other operators Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand and move throughout shift Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and machinery Why Join Gilmore Furniture?
