CNC Machinist or Operator

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Operators/Machinist to join our dynamic team in Holly and Howell, Michigan. As a key player in our manufacturing process, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality products. Holly, MI (direct hire) and Howell, MI (contract-hire) Responsibilities Operate roller machines to produce products according to specifications Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal output Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Document production processes and report any issues to supervisors Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings You should be proficient in: Equipment Troubleshooting CNC Tooling Troubleshooting Skills Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills Metal Stamping & Forming (Progressive Die) CNC Machine Setup & Changeover Machine Setups for Production Runs Excellent Communication Skills Blueprint Reading
