CNC Lathe Machine Operator

Job Overview:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in the Lowell area. This is a hands-on role working with advanced equipment, including lathes, mills, and CNC machinery. This is not a "push-button" position. Operators are actively involved in setup, monitoring, quality checks, and maintaining efficient production flow. CNC Lathe Machine Operator 1st shift

• Hours are: 6:00am-2:00pm Mon thru Friday
• Pay $ 18.00 hr 3RD shift
• Hours are: 10pm-6am-Sunday thru Thursday-Pay$ 18.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor CNC machines, lathes, and mills Perform basic machine setups and adjustments as needed Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure product quality Inspect finished parts and identify defects or inconsistencies Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred Experience with CNC, lathe, or mill equipment is a plus Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to stand, move, and lift throughout the shift Dependable with a strong work ethic
