CNC Setup Technician

About the Role We are seeking a meticulous and experienced CNC Setup Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in setting up and operating CNC milling and lathe machines to deliver precision-machined components. Your expertise in blueprint reading and understanding of machining principles will ensure the production of high-quality parts that meet stringent specifications. Responsibilities Set up CNC Mills (3-4 axis VMC) and CNC Lathes (2-4 axis) to achieve production goals. Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to accurately produce parts. Make minor program adjustments to optimize machining processes. Conduct thorough inspections of finished parts to guarantee adherence to quality standards. Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a hazard-free work environment. Qualifications Required Skills Demonstrated experience as a CNC Setup Operator. Expertise in operating Haas CNC Mills (3-4 axis VMC) and Haas CNC Lathes. Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation. Preferred Skills Strong commitment to safety protocols and quality assurance. Effective communication skills and collaborative team player. Familiarity with Haas control systems.
