- 2:30pm 2 nd shift: Monday
- Friday | 3:00pm
- 11:30pm Position Overview The CNC Thread Grinder is responsible for setting up and operating CNC thread grinding equipment to manufacture high-precision components that meet strict tolerance and quality standards.
This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to consistent production performance. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC thread grinding machines Produce precision components to tight tolerances Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and precision gauges Perform routine maintenance and basic machine troubleshooting Monitor production to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met Verify finished work meets internal and customer specifications Qualifications 1 year of CNC experience Ability to read and understand technical drawings Proficiency with precision measuring instruments Strong math skills and mechanical aptitude Detail-oriented with a quality-focused mindset Able to work independently and as part of a team Apply now for immediate consideration for this CNC Thread Grinder position in Traverse, MI.
