This is a hands-on machining position requiring the ability to independently set up, program, and run jobs from start to finish while maintaining tight tolerances and high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong blueprint-reading skills, full machine setup experience, and the ability to complete parts with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Set up, program, and operate

Vertical Mills (42" and 50") Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions Select and install tooling, fixtures, and workholding devices Perform complete part production from setup through final machining Verify dimensions using precision measuring instruments Adjust offsets and make program modifications as needed Maintain quality standards and ensure parts meet specifications Troubleshoot machining and setup issues to minimize downtime Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives QualificationsMust-Have Experience operating and programming CNC Vertical Mills Experience with
