Overview As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be part of the automation team, your primary role will be to produce parts in our manufacturing department. Parts are designed by the IQa engineering team, programmed internally and manufactured all on site. You will be a critical part in the manufacturing process. At IQa you will also have the ability to learn and grow in other areas of custom automation. If interested you will also have opportunities to cross train and work in the areas such as welding/assembly/vision/robotics, etc.

Responsibilities:

Setup and run CNC programs on vertical CNC's and CNC lathes Prep material (saw, ect) Organize your own workflow for efficiency Assist other disciplines when needed

Optional Responsibilities:

As part of the IQa team you can cross train to other parts of the company

Welding Assembly Design Requirements:

Prefer 2+ years' experience Legally eligible to work in the United States. Ability to use computer software such as Excel and Word Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs

Compensation:

$25-35/hour depending on experience Health benefits Flexible Schedule 401K match Paid time-off

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
