JOB TITLE
CNC Programmer and set up person
Duties and Responsibilities:
This role involves programming CNC machines and be able to work independently in production environment.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENT
Experience with CNC machines ( Ganesh, Genturn ) Experience with Mitsubishi M80 control and Syntec control systems Experience using Esprit Cam Software for post processing.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve machine, program, or tooling issues.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate setup sheets, tooling lists, and machine program records.
Continuous Improvement:
Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in CNC programming and setup in production environment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T symbols, and technical drawings. Strong understanding of machining principles, speeds & feeds, materials, and cutting tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
