Job Description
We are seeking CNC operator for various shifts. 1st shift Monday
- Thursday OT available Fri, Sat & Sun 2nd shift Monday
- Thursday OT available Fri, Sat & Sun Weekend shift Friday-Sunday 7am-7pm Operate CNC lathes and machining centers to perform precision operations including boring, milling, and turning Conduct secondary operations such as drilling, tapping, reaming, sanding, polishing, and wire brushing Inspect castings and finished parts using precision measuring tools and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) Perform tool offsets and adjust machine settings using computerized control systems Read and interpret blueprints, machine programs, and axis systems to ensure accurate production Monitor machine performance, identifying issues such as tool wear, vibration, or defects, and report as needed Maintain steady production flow by loading/unloading materials manually or with hoists/cranes Operate trim presses to remove die casting gates and runners and perform visual quality inspections Perform hand-finishing operations including grinding, filing, and buffing Measure completed workpieces to verify conformance to specifications Follow all environmental, health, and safety policies to ensure a safe work environment Assist with assembly operations and packaging of finished products Employee Ownership (ESOP) Benefits Competitive Wages 401(k) match Paid Holidays and Vacations Individual Contributor Health Reimbursement Account (ICHRA)•you chose the plan that's best for you and your family!
