Now Hiring CNC Operator Staples, MN Pay Rate:

$20.00•$25.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

Shift:

Weekends | Friday•Sunday | 6 AM•6 PM Master of the Machines. Keep 'Em Running, Keep the Pay Coming If you've got the skills to run machines and the grit to keep them humming, this Machine Operator job is built for you. Reliable hours, good benefits, and pay that shows respect. Skills That Get You Hired Minimum 1 year of CNC machine operation experience. Associate degree or technical training preferred, or equivalent work experience. Ability to read blueprints, engineering plans, and safety documentation. Strong math skills (fractions, geometry, ratios, proportions). Experience with forklifts is a plus. Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts, lift ( up to) 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, crouching, and climbing. Team player with strong communication skills and a focus on producing quality results. On the Job Run machines the right way to keep production steady Spot issues early and fix them before they stop the line Keep a close eye on product quality Handle adjustments and small fixes when needed Follow safety rules and work with the crew to get it done
