Job Description

Job Title:
Full-Time CNC Machine Operator Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team! The ideal CNC Machine Operator will have hands-on experience operating CNC machinery, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining precision and quality. This is a full-time role, Monday-Friday, 7 A.M. to 3:30 P.M., with opportunities for professional growth in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines to cut, shape, and fabricate metal and other materials according to blueprints and specifications. Inspect parts and finished products to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Perform routine maintenance on CNC machinery to prevent downtime. Utilize hand tools, power tools, grinders, hoists, slings, forklifts, and cutting torches as required by job duties. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet daily and weekly manufacturing goals.
Qualifications:
Minimum of one year of experience as a CNC Machine Operator . Knowledge of welding is preferred but not required. Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and math skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and operate machinery safely. Must have a valid driver's license for occasional driving requirements.
