You will play a critical role in our manufacturing success by ensuring every piece meets rigorous quality standards while optimizing machine output and minimizing material waste. Responsibilities Execute complex cutting operations using CNC laser and plasma technology to meet precise engineering specifications. Analyze technical blueprints and schematics to determine optimal cutting paths, dimensions, and material utilization. Proactively perform machine maintenance and diagnostic troubleshooting to maximize equipment uptime and reliability. Calibrate machine parameters and tooling to ensure consistent accuracy and superior finish quality. Conduct thorough quality inspections on finished parts, verifying adherence to tolerances and design requirements. Partner with the production team to streamline workflows and achieve daily manufacturing throughput goals. Uphold a safe and orderly production environment by strictly following all industrial safety protocols. Maintain accurate production logs and performance records to support continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills Demonstrated experience operating CNC laser or plasma cutting systems. Strong proficiency in interpreting complex technical drawings and blueprints. Advanced understanding of fabrication mathematics, including geometry, angles, and precise measurements. Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and maintain high attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Skills Technical certification or specialized training in CNC machining. Hands-on experience operating press brake equipment. Experience working in a fast-paced metal fabrication or manufacturing environment.
