Plastics CNC Router Operator Springfield, MO Job Details 3 days ago Qualifications Quality control corrective actions Carpentry Finished product defect inspection Maintaining an organized workspace Dimensional inspection Safety standards in production Dimensional measurements Precision measurement in machining Quality standards in production Manufacturing Plastics Manufacturing company experience Entry level Woodworking CNC machining Full Job Description Plastics CNC Router Operator Job Summary The Plastics CNC Router Operator is responsible for operating CNC routing equipment within our Plastics Division to produce quality parts according to specifications. This position will primarily route a standard product line, but will also assist with other routing and production needs as assigned. This is an entry-level, trainable position. We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. The right candidate pays attention to measurements, takes pride in their work, and improves over time by learning from mistakes. Responsibilities Operate CNC router equipment to produce parts according to work instructions and specifications Route standard product line components with attention to detail to ensure clean cuts and minimal de-burring Assist with additional routing and production tasks as needed Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure and calipers Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met Identify and correct errors to prevent repeated mistakes Safely use hand routers and other hand tools as required Maintain an organized and safe work area Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards Support team members to keep production moving efficiently Core Values in Action At Holloway America, our Core Values guide how we work every day: TRUST Be dependable, show up ready to work, and take ownership of your responsibilities. Qualifications & Experience Required Ability to read a tape measure accurately Ability to use calipers to verify measurements Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
