Air-Conditioned Shop State of the Art Equipment Professional Work Environment ESOP - Employee Stock Ownership Plan Quarterly Bonus Potential Best in Class Benefits Package OT Opportunities Available Job duties: Produce parts which meet customer specifications, setting up the machine, deciding which brake dies to use, reading and interpreting blueprints, and calculating bend deductions. Ensure correct materials are used on each job by verifying materials prior to beginning production. Ensure parts are fabricated correctly by performing the first piece check and submitting it to quality assurance for inspection prior to running the entire job. Ensure efficient and timely processing of various job orders by organizing work to be performed according to complexity, materials used, anticipated completion time, etc. Ensure safe and efficient brake operation by performing daily maintenance and minor repairs on machine, observing safety standards, and by notifying supervisor when major repairs and needed.

Skills/Requirements:

• Experience operating a brake press or equivalent (at least one year)
• Previous experience with a Trumpf, Amada, or Cincinnati Brake Press desired
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
