Our Team :
The CNC Operator is responsible for producing machined parts by operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine. You'll be
DISRUPTIVE
through these duties and responsibilities: O perate multiple CNC and manual machining equipment and workstations ( 5 0%) Load/unload/inspect components to Operational Method Sheets (OMS) by use of proper gaging equipment (40%) Make offsets and adjustments as required (20%) Independently adjust and maintain part specifications and replenish component components (10%) Inform Facilitator or Department Manager about processes or equipment requiring attention (10%) Complete documentation as required or request ed (10%) Participate in completion of continuous improvement projects specifically designed to improve processes, productivity, and quality, especially those related to corrective actions (10%) Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area (10%) Practice 5Ss ( 5 %) The TOOLS you'll bring with you: Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints Sufficient knowledge interpret ing technical data accurately M echanical aptitude and b asic math skills Proficient p roblem solving and analytical skills Highly detail oriented High school diploma or equivalent Other TOOLS we prefer you to have: N/A Milwaukee Tool is an equal opportunity employer.
