CNC Lathe Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join a manufacturing team producing high-quality precision components. Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Benefits Weekly Pay Free Online Education A Dedicated Recruiter Job Requirements Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce parts to required specifications Load and unload raw materials and finished parts Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Perform routine machine maintenance and tool changes Troubleshoot machining issues or defects Maintain accurate production and quality records Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment High school diploma or GED required 1 or more years of CNC lathe operating experience or equivalent training Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment Basic knowledge of G-code and CNC programming preferred Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work overtime as needed

Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM to 2:30
