CNC Machine Operator

CNC Machine Operator Compensation:

22/hr

Shift/Working Hours:

1st Shift | 6:00 am to 4:30 pm | Monday - Thursday About the Role PrideStaff is partnering with a manufacturing leader in Asheville, NC, to find a dedicated CNC Operator to join their production team. In this role, you will operate CNC mills, lathes, and grinders to cut and process high-quality production parts.

What you will do:

Operate CNC Equipment:

Load and run CNC mills, lathes, and grinders while maintaining production standards.

Quality Control:

Check part dimensions using calipers and measuring equipment to ensure they meet company standards.

Maintenance & Accuracy:

Read blueprints, perform simple machine offsets, and maintain 5S standards for your workspace. What You Will Bring If you have these skills and characteristics, we want to hear from you!

Technical Proficiency:

Ability to use basic hand tools, calipers, and measuring equipment.

Communication & Literacy:

High school diploma or equivalent with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions and read simple blueprints.

Operational Readiness:
