Monday-Thursday, 3:15pm-12:45am (Work 36 hours, paid for 40 hours)

This role requires the ability to interpret blueprints, set tooling, adjust offsets, and ensure quality standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of machining processes. This is a great opportunity for an experienced machinist looking for a stable second-shift position with a four-day workweek and paid 40-hour compensation.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to job specifications Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions Install tooling, set offsets, and make necessary machine adjustments Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure quality standards Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of CNC mill setup experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use precision measuring tools Strong understanding of G-code and machining principles Ability to work independently and maintain production efficiency
