CNC Laser Operator - Evening Shift We are seeking a skilled CNC Laser Operator to set up, operate, and maintain laser cutting equipment to produce high-quality metal components. Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Benefits Weekly Pay Free Online Education A Dedicated Recruiter Job Requirements Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines to cut steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and other metal alloys Load and unload materials and finished parts using appropriate material handling equipment Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, job travelers, and work instructions Program or edit CNC laser programs, including nesting, offsets, and kerf adjustments Monitor machine performance to ensure accuracy, quality, and safe operation Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting Document production activity and follow established workflow procedures Report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervision or maintenance Follow all safety guidelines, including PPE and lockout/tagout procedures Support continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and Lean manufacturing

Evening Shift, 3:00 PM to 11:30

PM Pay Rate:

Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certification preferred 1 to 3 years of CNC laser cutting experience Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications Basic knowledge of CNC controls, laser cutting processes, and metal materials Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred Skills Experience with Amada, Mazak, Trumpf, Bystronic, or Fanuc controls CAD CAM or nesting software experience Familiarity with ISO, ASME, or customer quality standards Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
