Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in Statesville, NC.
Pay Rate:
$18-$20 (Depending on Experience)
Schedule:
1st shift Monday - Friday •Overtime Saturdays 5:00am-11:00am
Hours:
5:00am-3:30pm In this role, you will build, test, and package small to medium-sized components and finished products. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy working with tools, following detailed instructions, Production, and maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, work orders, and reports to verify assembly processes and quality requirements Assemble complex parts using hand tools and operate small to medium-sized machines Secure and position workpieces using clamps in machinery Clean components using washing tubs, water, cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths Package finished products, including: Assembling boxes Adding protective materials (foam/liners) Labeling and preparing for shipment Perform quality inspections such as pressure testing and leak checks Identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and rework parts when needed Support Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and participate in improvement events Follow 6S principles to maintain a clean and organized workspace Adhere strictly to all safety standards, including proper use of PPE and safe work practices Requirements CNC Operator experience Previous manufacturing or assembly experience Must be able to read blue print Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, stoop, and lift throughout the day
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
