Join our team as a CNC Operator and help polish and finish stone surfaces to meet the highest quality standards. This is a 3rd shift role: Sunday-Thursday, 8:30pm-5:00am.

$18-$22 per hour (based on experience) Paid hands-on training—no prior experience required Full-time schedule with opportunities for overtime Career growth in a stable and expanding industry Supportive, team-oriented work environment Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support you and your family: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Accident & Critical Illness Coverage Disability & Life Insurance Telehealth Services 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) & Paid Holidays Flexible Time Options Employee Assistance Program (EAP) What You'll Do Operate CNC milling machines to polish and finish stone surfaces Load, run, and navigate program databases for accurate operation Perform standard machine shop operations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Ensure every part meets required quality specifications Follow all safety procedures and guidelines What We're Looking For Must be at least 18 years of age Minimum 1 year of machining experience preferred Detail-oriented self-starter with a positive, problem-solving mindset Ability to follow oral and written instructions consistently Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment Willingness to work overtime as needed Strong teamwork and communication skills Physical & Work Environment Standing, lifting, and moving throughout 8-12 hour shifts Lift/move up to 30 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs occasionally) Operate overhead crane and other shop equipment safely Use measuring tools and maintain quality standards Work in a fast-paced machine shop environment Join a Company That Values You We take pride in our culture and team.
