CNC Machine Operator / Fabricator - $28.00/hour in Omaha, NE Looking for a skilled machining role with strong pay and long-term growth potential? Join a growing industrial manufacturing company in Omaha, NE as a CNC Machine Operator. This 1st shift opportunity offers competitive wages, hands-on fabrication work and a team-focused environment.

Shift:
1st Shift, 5-8's (Monday-Friday schedule) What You'll Be Doing Operate CNC Laser, Waterjet, press brakes, rollers, punch presses and related equipment Set up, adjust, and run fabrication machinery according to blueprints and work orders Use calipers, micrometers, gauges and other measuring tools for accuracy Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met Maintain accurate production records and inventory transactions Follow safety procedures and support 5S and ISO quality standards Assist with equipment maintenance and continuous process improvement What We're Looking For 1-2 years of fabrication or machine shop experience preferred Experience with CNC machinery and fabrication equipment Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) Strong attention to detail and quality mindset Ability to work independently and in a team environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequent lifting, bending, reaching and handling materials Ability to lift and move heavy materials regularly Work in a manufacturing environment with noise, heat and metal work exposure Why Apply Competitive $28/hour starting pay Health, dental & life insurance 401(k) plan Paid vacation, personal time and holidays Profit sharing and tuition reimbursement Strong safety-focused culture Long-term growth opportunities in a growing company If you take pride in precision work and enjoy hands-on machining, apply today! #gethiredomaha
