Role:
On - Site Join a Precision Manufacturing Team That Values Quality We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist Setup/Operator to join our growing team in Concord, New Hampshire. This opportunity is ideal for a highly skilled machinist who takes pride in producing precision components, maintaining exceptional quality standards, and working in a collaborative manufacturing environment. If you have extensive CNC setup experience, a strong understanding of GD&T, and enjoy working with tight tolerances and complex parts, we encourage you to apply. Available Machine Platforms We currently have openings for experienced professionals with backgrounds in: Citizen L-Series Swiss CNC machines Vertical machining centers Horizontal machining centers Mill-turn machines
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC equipment to produce high-quality precision components Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards Measure and verify parts using precision inspection tools and equipment Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records Inspect, deburr, and finish small features under a microscope Monitor machine performance and identify opportunities for process improvements Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Consistently meet production and quality expectations
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of CNC machining experience Proven experience setting up and operating CNC machines Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Experience performing self-inspections and documenting results Proficiency using precision measuring instruments Experience inspecting and deburring small components under magnification Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
