We have about 65 employees and operate in 75,000 sq ft of space. CNC Machinist Setup / Operator Responsibilities and Duties Set up CNC Milling Machines (3 and 5 axis) or Set up CNC Turning Centers (lathes) Make proper offsets and adjustments to ensure parts are acceptable Operate job until an operator can be shown the job Keep a tidy and organized work area Accurately create and fill in data for the QA Sheet and verify completeness based on part print CNC Machinist / Operator Qualifications and Skills Strong shop math background 5+ Years experience as a CNC Machinist setting up Milling machines or lathes Blue print reading skills
