CNC Operator Our Newport, NH client is seeking experienced CNC Operators on 1st and 2nd shift. This full-time, direct-hire role offers optional overtime, comprehensive benefits, and a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities of the CNC Operator Operate CNC lathes and mills to produce quality parts Troubleshoot and optimize complex jobs Write CNC programs Design new fixtures, quality plans, and training for new projects Research and implement continuous improvements to tooling, processes, and methods Perform additional tasks as assigned Qualifications of the CNC Operator High school diploma or equivalent and 10+ years of experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience Attention to detail Proficient with manufacturing computer software applications Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Ability to establish priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Openings are available on 1st shift working Monday through Friday from 6:00am-2:30pm or 2nd shift from 2:30pm-11:00pm.
