Responsibilities Perform advanced CNC machine setup, operation, and programming. Select and install tooling, fixtures, and workholding equipment. Adjust tooling and work offsets to optimize machining performance. Troubleshoot and edit existing CNC programs; develop basic programs as needed. Utilize QMS, MAX, and SPC systems to support quality and production requirements. Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with specifications. Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Strong understanding of machining practices and CNC programming. Experience with CNC setup, tooling selection, offsets, and program editing. Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments. Preferred Advanced machining/manufacturing training or certification. 3+ years of manufacturing and machining experience. Experience with QMS and SPC systems. #
