Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturingpany in Nashua, NH to bring on CNC Machine Operators. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with growth potential across multiple shifts.
Position:
CNC Machine Operator
Pay:
1st Shift
- Starting at $18.00/hour
2nd Shift
- $20.40/hour (includes $2.40 shift differential)
3rd Shift
- $20.
40/hours (includes $2.40 shift differential)
Shift Schedule:
1st Shift
- 7:00 AM
- 3:00 PM
2nd Shift
- 2:00 PM
- 10:00 PM
3rd Shift
- 11:00 PM
- 7:00 AM
Job Overview:
We're looking for a dependable CNC Operator to join a leading manufacturing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts according to production standards. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in CNC machining who's ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC mills or lathes according to setup instructions and specifications
Load and unload raw materials and finished parts
Monitor machine operations and inspect parts during production to ensure quality
Perform basic in-process inspections using precision measurement tools
Identify andmunicate any irregularities or equipment issues to supervisors
Keep accurate records ofpleted work and report any deviations from production standards
Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with OSHA andpany safety policies
Requirements:
1+ year of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment
Basic understanding of blues and technical drawings
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for long periods
Good mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
Preferred Experience:
Exposure to both CNC milling and turning operations
Experience working with various materials including aluminum and stainless steel
Familiarity with shop math and basic G-code knowledge
Proven ability to meet production and quality goals

Pay Details:
$18.00 to $20.40 per hour
