CNC Operator Our Newport, NH client is seeking experienced CNC Operators on 1st and 2nd shift. This full-time, direct-hire role offers optional overtime, comprehensive benefits, and a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities of the CNC Operator

• Operate CNC lathes and mills to produce quality parts
• Troubleshoot and optimize complex jobs
• Write CNC programs
• Design new fixtures, quality plans, and training for new projects
• Research and implement continuous improvements to tooling, processes, and methods
• Perform additional tasks as assigned Additional Information Help for Additional Information. Qualifications of the CNC Operator
• High school diploma or equivalent and 10+ years of experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Attention to detail
• Proficient with manufacturing computer software applications
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Openings are available on 1st shift working Monday through Friday from 6:00am-2:30pm or 2nd shift from 2:30pm-11:00pm.
