Full Job Description Job Overview:
CNC Lathe Setup Operator We are seeking a Machine Operator to set up, operate, and monitor CNC lathes in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on producing quality parts, while ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC Lathes according to production requirements Load materials, secure workpieces, and initiate machining cycles Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality and specification standards Perform tool changes, adjustments, and basic machine maintenance Monitor production output and report equipment or quality issues
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred Previous machine operator experience in a manufacturing setting Basic knowledge of CNC machining (lathe, horizontal, and vertical machines) Ability to read blueprints and specifications Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
