Requirements Include:
Must be able to read blueprints Must be able to program, set-up and operate CNC or manual Lathes and Mills. Experience with Fanuc Controls and G-code programming. Ability to use high precision measuring and inspection instruments Must be willing to work Overtime as required

401K and Profit Sharing Health Benefits Paid Time off Summary As a Machinist / CNC / Manual Lathe Operator, you will prepare and operate precision machinery to produce machined components in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications. You will interpret blueprints, set up tooling and fixtures, perform dimensional checks, and ensure quality using precision measuring instruments. Reporting to the shop supervisor, you will contribute to efficient manufacturing processes, maintain equipment, and uphold safety and lean manufacturing practices while delivering accurate, on-spec parts. Your expertise in CNC lathe, manual turning, and precision measurement will drive consistent production outcomes. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to determine machining requirements. Set up and operate CNC lathes and manual lathes, including tool selection, offsets, and program verification. Measure workpieces using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other precision instruments to ensure conformance to tolerances. Perform dimensional inspections and GD&T checks, document results, and adjust processes as needed. Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, perform basic maintenance, and ensure a clean, organized workstation. Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards; collaborate with teammates to meet production schedules.
