Axis Milling Specialist The CNC 4th?

Axis Milling Specialist is responsible for independently setting up, programming adjustments, and operating CNC milling machines equipped with 4th?axis capability to produce complex, tight?tolerance components. This role requires deep technical knowledge of multi?axis machining, advanced setups, tooling optimization, and precision inspection in a high?accuracy manufacturing environment. Great Pay Excellent Benefits Immediate Hire Job Requirements and Duties:

3-5+ years of hands?on CNC milling experience with 4th?axis capability Strong understanding of multi?axis setups, tooling strategies, and offset management Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and

GD&T Machines:

CNC Mills with 4th?axis rotary tables or trunnion systems

Controls:

Fanuc, Haas, or similar multi?axis control platforms Experience machining aerospace or other high?precision components Set up, operate, and optimize CNC milling machines with full 4th?axis capability for complex part geometries Perform complete setups including workholding design, fixture alignment, tool selection, tool presetting, and offset management Machine aerospace?grade and high?precision components to extremely tight tolerances Read, interpret, and apply complex blueprints, GD&T, customer specifications, and engineering models Proficiency with precision measurement tools and in?process inspection Familiarity with AS9100 or similar quality?regulated environments Jasleen Kaur jasleen@ajuliaexecutivesearch.com Ajulia Executive Search is a search firm specializing in Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal and Pharmaceutical positions.
