About the Role We are seeking a Precision CNC Operator to join our production team and drive excellence in component manufacturing. You will leverage your technical expertise in G-code and machine setup to transform raw materials into high-precision parts that meet rigorous engineering standards. Responsibilities Configure and manage CNC mills and lathes to achieve precise production outcomes. Translate complex technical blueprints and CAD designs into finished, high-quality components. Optimize machine performance through proactive monitoring and real-time adjustments. Validate part integrity by utilizing advanced hand metrology and precision measuring instruments. Maintain a high-efficiency workspace by strictly adhering to established safety and organizational standards. Partner with cross-functional teams to diagnose machining challenges and implement effective solutions. Ensure operational transparency by maintaining detailed production logs and process documentation. Qualifications Required Skills Demonstrated professional experience in CNC machining and setup. Advanced proficiency with G-code programming and CNC tooling. Strong command of precision measurement techniques and manual machining principles. Ability to interpret complex technical documentation and engineering drawings. Proven track record of troubleshooting and problem-solving in a manufacturing environment. Preferred Skills Technical certification or degree in Machining or Manufacturing Technology. Hands-on experience with Fanuc, Haas, or Okuma control systems. Practical knowledge of CAM software, specifically Autodesk Fusion 360. Experience operating 3-4 axis VMCs or multi-axis lathes.
