  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision parts and components. Your expertise will ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machining equipment and contribute to innovative fabrication projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Duties Operate CNC milling machines, lathes, stamping presses, and other machining equipment with precision and safety in mind Program CNC machines using CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) specifications Set up tooling, fixtures, and materials handling equipment such as forklifts to ensure efficient workflow Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments to optimize performance Use precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and ensure quality control standards are met Read and interpret CAD (Computer-Aided Design) drawings for accurate fabrication and assembly Maintain accurate production logs, inspection reports, and safety documentation throughout shifts Experience Proven factory or manufacturing experience working with CNC machinery or machining operations Familiarity with Fanuc controls or other CNC programming languages is highly desirable Hands-on knowledge of mechanical systems, tooling setup, and fabrication processes such as welding or assembly line work Experience operating forklifts or other materials handling equipment is a plus Skilled in blueprint reading, GD&T principles, and basic math calculations required for precise machining tasks Knowledge of CAM programming software like SolidWorks or similar tools is beneficial Ability to work safely with hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and factory safety protocols Join us in a role where your technical skills drive manufacturing excellence!
