Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM We are seeking a dependable and skilled CNC Operator for a long-term opportunity. This role requires hands-on experience with CNC machinery, troubleshooting, and working with precision equipment. Key Responsibilities Operate and troubleshoot CNC machines, including temperature and PLC controls Install and test control systems Troubleshoot laser systems Order parts according to manufacturer specifications Perform optical work and inspections Ensure compliance with quality standards (RSM/QCM, ISO, TCS) Follow all company safety, environmental, and ethical policies Maintain regular and reliable attendance Additional Duties (as needed) CNC mechanical repair and setup Machine work (mills, lathes, grinders, EDM, furnaces) PLC logic control Assist with general facility tasks Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Experience with CNC machines required Background in electronics and/or machining (tool and die) preferred Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles Certifications/Training (Preferred) Electronics school or equivalent Laser training Process instrumentation training Ability to pass job-related testing Skills and Abilities Basic math and computer skills Strong problem-solving and logical thinking Good hand dexterity Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
