Sunday-Saturday | 9:00 PM - 6:30 AM We are seeking a reliable CNC Operator to join our team on a long-term assignment. This position involves operating both CNC and manual machines to produce precision parts based on blueprints and technical drawings. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC and manual machines (milling, grinding, etc.) Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Adjust machine settings, including tools, feeds, and speeds Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.) Perform routine maintenance and inspections Maintain quality standards and complete required documentation Keep work area clean and organized Follow all company safety policies and procedures Work independently and as part of a team Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Prior machining experience preferred but not required Trade school training is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to follow instructions and work with attention to detail Certifications Machining-related certifications may be required depending on equipment Skills and Abilities Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Outlook and Office) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 30 lbs occasionally Ability to push/pull up to 500 lbs with equipment Frequent standing, walking, bending, and hand use Must meet vision and hearing requirements Work Environment Exposure to machinery, loud noise, and varying temperatures Personal protective equipment (PPE) required
