Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a CNC Machine Operator and become a vital part of our precision-driven production process! In this role, you'll operate and maintain a variety of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines, including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and other automated equipment. Your expertise will ensure that high-quality components are produced efficiently, accurately, and safely. Responsibilities Operate CNC machines such as milling machines and lathes to produce precise parts according to blueprints and technical specifications. Interpret technical drawings, CAD (Computer-Aided Design) files, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards, and blueprints to ensure accurate machining processes. Conduct routine inspections using precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools to verify dimensions and tolerances. Perform routine maintenance on CNC machinery Maintain detailed records of production runs and quality checks Requirements Proven experience operating CNC equipment including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, or similar machinery in a manufacturing or factory setting. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, CAD files (SolidWorks experience is a plus), and GD&T specifications accurately. Mechanical aptitude with hands-on skills using, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments. Basic math skills for calculations related to machining tolerances and material dimensions. Experience working with various manufacturing processes including fabrication, assembly line operations, packaging, materials handling, and factory safety protocols. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control standards; ability to work efficiently in a team environment while adhering to safety guidelines. Pay:
$18.00 - $30.00 per hour
