$62,000•$83,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM•4 PM education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Operate CNC mills and lathes safely and efficiently Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and offset adjustments Load raw materials and tools into machines Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions Use precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, indicators, and gauges Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and tolerances Edit CNC programs and make program adjustments as needed Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and production issues Optimize cycle times and improve manufacturing efficiency Maintain tight tolerances and high-quality workmanship Perform preventative maintenance and maintain clean work areas Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards The essential functions of this role include: manual lifting up to 50lbs standing for 8 hours at one time Skills CNC (3 years of experience is required) CNC mill (3 years of experience is required) cnc lathe cnc swiss cnc setup Qualifications Years of experience: 3 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
