You will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality fabrication of components, contributing to the efficiency of our production cycles, and maintaining the integrity of our manufacturing standards. Responsibilities Operate and monitor 3, 4, and 5-axis vertical and horizontal machining centers to achieve precise production outcomes. Execute complex machining tasks including milling, drilling, and tapping to meet rigorous engineering specifications. Perform critical quality inspections using precision tools to ensure every part meets exact tolerances. Maintain equipment performance through proactive daily maintenance and organized workspace management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize machining workflows. Document production data and inspection results accurately to maintain compliance with quality management systems. Execute manual deburring and finishing tasks to ensure components are ready for final assembly. Qualifications Required Skills 1-3 years of hands-on experience with vertical and horizontal CNC milling. Proven ability to interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings. Proficiency in using precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong mathematical aptitude and mechanical reasoning skills. Preferred Skills Demonstrated history of maintaining high-quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Familiarity with formal Quality Management System (QMS) protocols. Experience with complex multi-axis machine setups and troubleshooting.
