If you're a handson problem-solver who enjoys precision work and modern machining technology, we'd love to have you on our team. What You'll Do Set up CNC Lathe machines for production runs Operate multiple CNC machines efficiently Dress and set tools for optimal cutting performance Troubleshoot machining issues and reduce nonconformances Notify the Cell Lead when problems arise Use calipers, micrometers, and indicators during setups Apply basic math to determine and adjust tool offsets Read CMM reports to verify part quality and accuracy Perform daily 5S (cleaning and organization) Complete daily visual machine inspections Maintain proper coolant levels Assist with additional duties as needed What You Bring EducationKnowledge GED or High School Diploma required 1-3 years manufacturing experience Ability to read and perform basic math (8thgrade level or higher) SkillsAbilities Understanding of manufacturing quality principles Familiarity with process controls and instrumentation Experience using mechanical inspection tools Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving abilities Good job knowledge with attention to detail Ability to follow copyexact procedures Understanding of OSHA compliance Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
