Job Summary:

Reichard Industries, LLC is seeking an experienced Manual Lathe / CNC Operator to join our team. We are a job shop specializing in large steel mill-related equipment, and we're looking for a skilled individual who takes pride in precision workmanship and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate manual lathes and CNC machining centers Program, edit, and adjust G-code directly at the machine Work with Fanuc controls Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Perform precision measurements using standard inspection tools Maintain quality standards and ensure accuracy of finished parts

Qualifications:

Experience with manual lathe operation and CNC machining Ability to program and edit G-code at the machine Familiarity with Fanuc controls preferred Strong blueprint reading skills Proficiency with precision measuring instruments Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Schedule:

First Shift position Must be willing to work overtime as needed
