The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring CNC equipment used to manufacture precision components. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC and manual machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and electronic specifications. Calculate dimensions, cutting paths, and material requirements. Detect and troubleshoot machine issues, making necessary adjustments. Replace cutting tools and maintain machines in proper working condition. Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications. Program, modify, and operate computer-controlled machinery as needed. Qualifications Previous CNC machining or machine operation experience required. Possess strong attention to detail. Must have a valid driver's license. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Knowledge of machine tool safety procedures. Familiarity with CNC programming and troubleshooting preferred.
