CNC Long Folder Operator

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Long Folder Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and training with machinery within a fast-paced production environment. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, precision measurement, and safety protocols to ensure high-quality output and efficient operations. Duties Set up and operate a variety of manufacturing equipment including CNC Folder, Slitters, Shears, Roll Former, and press brake machines. Read and interpret basic drawings. Use measuring instruments such as tape measures, calipers, and other quality control tools to verify dimensions. Perform routine maintenance on machinery. Handle materials and assist with fabrication, assembly line tasks, and packaging processes. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely for material handling. Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety standards. Collaborate with team members on projects involving sheet metal forming. Skills Experience operating CNC machines, CNC lathes, press brake machines, and fabrication tools. Experience in construction and building materials is a huge bonus Mechanical knowledge related to machining processes and factory equipment maintenance. Familiarity with material handling equipment such as forklifts. Ability to use hand tools effectively for assembly or fabrication tasks. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential in manufacturing settings. Experience with quality control procedures using precision measuring instruments. Warehouse experience is a plus; familiarity with manufacturing facilities is preferred. Pay:

From $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
