CNC Operator

CNC Operator Job Description C3 Solutions is a growing and innovative manufacturing company specializing in custom cabinets, countertops and other millwork. We're proud of our commitment to quality, efficiency, and a strong team culture. We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machinery and be proficient in using precision measuring instruments. The CNC Operator will be responsible for producing high-quality parts and components while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards as well as operational efficiency. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines, to fabricate parts according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and job orders. Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Monitor machine operations to detect problems and ensure quality. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations. Measure and preform quality control checks on finished parts. Experience/Qualifications Age 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience as a CNC Operator 1+ years preferred (but willing to train the right candidate). Knowledge of fabrication techniques and processes is a plus. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints and use precision measurement tools. Basic math and computer skills. Ability to lift up to 60lbs and stand for long periods. Strong attention to detail and quality with excellent problem-solving skills. Team player with good communication skills.
