Temp To Full-Time We are searching for someone who has previous CNC Operator experience, has the knowledge of using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers and possesses the ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot simple problems associated with machines. Responsibilities

• Review routing and set up specifications to determine setup procedure, machining sequence and dimensions. Able to interpret blueprints and other specifications to determine product requirements
• Assemble cutting tools in tool holders and position in machine spindles as specified using hand tools or insert cutting tools.
• Selects fixtures, part holding, and tooling to machine parts as necessary.
• Adjust machine speeds and feeds and change the tooling to machine parts according to specifications
• Confirms conformance of finished work to specifications, using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, gauges, and Go/No Go tools.
• Identifies workmanship and material defects and deficiencies and initiates program changes when required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements

CNC Machine Operator:

1+ year (Required)

• Ability to set up CNC Machine and run the job with limited supervision
• Basic math and computing knowledge
• Familiar with general safety procedures
• Ability to meet production requirements as specified
